Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from our official website.
Exchanges

We currently offer size exchanges (subject to stock availability).

If your preferred size is unavailable, you can opt for store credit or a refund.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items

Sale/discounted items and limited edition drops are final sale and cannot be returned.
How to Start a Return

Log in to your NSX account.

Go to My Orders and select the item you’d like to return.

Click on Return/Exchange and choose your reason.

Pack the item securely with its original tags and packaging.

Our courier partner will pick it up from your address.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
